Jorge Marquez is a seasoned senior consultant specializing in delivering high-impact consulting and talent solutions to federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as government contracting partners. With a focus on apprenticeship and workforce innovation, Jorge has played a pivotal role in leading programs aimed at cultivating a skilled, diverse, and inclusive professional workforce. His expertise extends to areas such as cybersecurity and accounting, with successful expansions into additional professional roles on a national scale.

‌With over 15 years of advisory experience in assurance, tax, consulting, and business development in the Southern California market, Jorge has successfully developed and managed notable client engagements. Having served as a division director for a Fortune 500 consulting firm and later as a metro market manager, Jorge brings diverse experience to his role at The Clover Agency. His comprehensive skill set includes cultivating executive-level relationships.

Jorge is a proud founding member of Somos Familia, an employee network group dedicated to amplifying Hispanic and LatinX perspectives. As a resident of Los Angeles, he actively contributes to the County Workforce Development Board, serving approximately 4 million residents, 57 of the 88 cities, and around 150 unincorporated communities within the County. Additionally, Jorge plays a key role on the Advisory Boards for both the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times program at the University of California, Riverside Extension, and the Institute for Next Level Leadership.

Jorge earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and he has held a CPA license for more than a decade.
